The Bison lift beam recently manufactured for the 'J' Pontiac Front Fascia Tool was a very successful project. The delivery timing was perfect. The lift beam was appreciated by all ACSYS employee team members involved in installing the Front Fascia Tool into the moulding machine. The 500lb A380 fixture was just lifted from the LDS shaker system without the forklift. The Bison supplied fixture lift interface was used, and the Hoist system worked perfectly. We did not need to move the ESS test cable assembly, which is a bonus. I lifted the fixture with the help of Daniel from Production and trained him as we did it. Daniel will instruct the other Production people on how to do it. I was able to lower the fixture on the west side of the shaker since we have enough overhang on the west side of the lift system.
All in all it's good to start using this system.

I thought I would send you an email informing you that we received the new hooks on Wednesday (4/21) and they look good. It will take a few days to get used to them, but I believe that the employees will like the change for the better. I am currently looking at what other locations they can be used at and any other lifting devices that need upgrading. Again thanks for the great job of getting them here quickly, and I hope to hear from you soon on the final line hook quotes.

We received the two Adjustable Axle Lifting Hooks for Final Line last Friday. They were put to use at the beginning of this week. We have heard nothing but great news since they have been in place. Because of the high praise, I was asked to have the hooks re-quoted for the possibility of another purchase.
